What to Expect During Digital Sessions
DIGITAL INITIAL WELLNESS SESSION
Assessment of alignment and posture through submitted photos and muscular activation through video assessment.
Learn mindful daily movements and body BASICS (Breathe, Align, Sit to stand, Isometrics, CranioSacral, and Stride + Stairs).
Guidance towards self-release techniques including soft tissue and muscle releases, EFT/tapping for emotional release, lymphatic drainage, reset the CranioSacral system.
Development of an individualized series of exercises to assist in correcting muscle imbalances, posture, and alignment.
DIGITAL WELLNESS SESSION
Follow-up for review of treatment and modification or progression as needed. Support as you move through your exercise and movement series to ensure you feel the right muscles working.
The goal is for you to become independent in your treatment to assist in maintaining optimal physical alignment, well-being and function.
